Focus : Food. Refrain from killing or abusing animal in all the aspects of food (meat, seafood, dairies, honey and hidden)

Focus : Food. Refrain from eating land and sea animal meat.

Pescatarian
Focus : Food. Refrain from eating land animal meat. Eat fish and seafood.

Flexitarian
Focus : Food. Limit meat consumption.

Anti-specism
Focus : Philosophy. Considering that the hierarchy between (humans and non-humans) animals, which results in abusing of certain species and protecting others, is unfair and non-scientifically coherent.

Questions
Why are you Vegan?
I have multiple reasons :
- Animals : I don't want to hurt animal for my pleasure.
- Environment : Animal products consumed enormous quantities of land, water and chemicals and produce large amounts of CO2 and methane compared to plant based diet.
- Humans : Meat and dairies production and consumption creates high inequalities in the world especially in land management and access to food.
- Health : Plant based diet is better for human health.

What is the difference between Vegan and Vegetarian?
Vegan focuses on every aspect of life (food, fashion, cosmetics, medical, leisure...).
Vegetarian only focuses on flesh/meat (food).
